Returns Policy

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods or wrongly processed items.  If you wish to seek a refund or exchange for these reasons:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery (You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.)

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS

Once I have received your returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a damaged or incorrect item, I will ship the new item as soon as I have received the original item shipped to you.

I DON’T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS

As a made-to-order business, as soon as you place your order, my production partners get to work producing your item.  For that reason, I cannot accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
